Hey there. I love Bones Coffee! Anything I've tried has been very good quality. The subscription service is amazing. Big savings for GREAT coffee. Plus - the names of the flavored coffee are so fun. You just know they take great care and pride in their products. Customer service here is top notch, really. I've been blown away how fast and efficient they are answering questions or giving advice or changing/cancelling orders. I've not done business with such a thoughtful, on point business like this. I have been drinking this coffee for like 2 months. Is super fresh and tasty. Smell marvelous. My husband gifted to me a sampler as Christmas present. I LOVE IT! We absolutely love their blends. On the first sampler received my favorites were Sin O Bunn and Maple bacon. On the second sampler received, two days ago, I got Strawberry cheesecake and I love it. Haven't use the others because is so perfect. Definitely I will by more. I'm from Puerto Rick and arrived very fast, in two days.
Best coffee with so many flavors and they even offer sample packs where you can choose a few different kinds and see which is your favorite. The coffee is excellent to drink hot iced how ever you prefer. This is my go to coffee because of the variety. You even are helping out the rainforest by buying this brand. Bones coffee has been such a pleasant experience from the beginning!
I wanted to update my previous review. The first time I tried the Cookies and Scream blend, I wasn’t impressed. However, a friend of mine who’s a big fan of your coffee recommended I try ordering directly from your website instead of Amazon, since he mentioned Amazon stock might sit in warehouses for a while. I decided to give it another shot and ordered a bag of Salted Caramel from your site and I’m so glad I did! The flavor was rich, fresh, and definitely not watered down. I apologize for my initial review, it was my first experience, and now I see the real quality you offer. The Salted Caramel blend was absolutely delicious!
Coffee is pretty good, but what really makes this company is the customer support. I originally ordered their red velvet flavored beans and they were very nice, helpful, and told me about my package every step of the way. When I received them they were well packaged and came with a sticker! But I was very disappointed by the flavor, so they offered to give me an entire new bag of any beans completely free! I went with the Ethiopian single origin and it is VERY good.
Bones Coffee is one of the only coffee distributors that makes flavored coffee which doesn't have a "strange, artificial" taste. I've tried many flavored coffees from many companies, and almost every other company's flavored coffee leaves an odd aftertaste in my mouth, and an oily coating on the beans. Additionally, their customer service is fantastic. I recently accidentally ordered ground coffee when i meant to order full beans. I emailed customer support asking for a discount code so i could order more, and instead of providing a discount code, they just re-shipped a new order of whole bean coffee. Top notch coffee, top notch customer support.
Love their coffee. My first order is placed was for coffee beans on clearance. Thought if I didn't like it, at least i didn't pay full price. That was about 3 weeks ago. Today I placed my 2nd order. I'm excited to try the different flavors. Delivery was easy. Communication with the team is easy and they rely quickly. Great product!
The flavors are out of this world. So smooth!! The customer service from them and Rep Stephanie are beyond my expectations. I emailed them and within a day they responded and resolved the issue. No problems and so nice to talk to. They have my loyalty. If you are on the fence about trying this coffee, all I can say is GO FOR IT, do NOT wait!!!
